We decided to sell this condo ourselves without a realtor because:
1. Chapel Hill is a great place to live and the spectacular grounds and amenities along with the activities and LOW TAXES make it easy to sell.
2. We can sell the condo cheaper and save you thousands of dollars because we don't have to pay a 5% commission to a realtor.
